Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans may change — and we’re here to help! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another guest. To confirm your appointment, a valid card on file is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Same-Day Phone Cancellation Grace Period We recognize that unexpected situations can arise. Therefore, we offer a 1-hour grace period for same-day cancellations made via phone. If you need to cancel your appointment on the same day, please call us at least 1 hour before your scheduled time to avoid any cancellation fees. This grace period is applicable to phone cancellations only and helps us manage our schedule effectively. We value your time and ours, and this policy helps us serve all of our clients better.
